What is PerksCard?
PerksCard is a discount platform that gives its members access to discounts across a wide range of categories nationwide, as well as offering giveaways and other benefits throughout the year.
Members redeem in-store by showing their PerksCard or logging into their account to redeem online.
Can I get a PerksCard?
PerksCard is a B2B Membership rewards programme. Talk to us about getting PerksCard for your members, employees or Customers. Alternatively an individual can purchase a PerksCard for $20 per year.
What are the discounts?
You can see all of the Discount Partners and discounts offered to members here.
How do I join?
You will receive an email or other notification from your organization on how to get your PerksCard, or you may be issued with a physical card which may be posted out to you. Alternatively to subscribe yourself, click here to get started.
Whats the cost?
Membership costs vary depending on the duration of savings, and how many cards are issued to your organization, please contact us for more information on this.
How many times can I use the card?
For the majority of our discounts you can use the offer as many times as you like, the more you use it, the more you save!
How much can I save?
On average our members tell us that they save $284.10 per year, some more, some less.
When does my card expire?
Your card will feature an expiry date on the front of the card. Normally this will be a factor of 1, 2 or 3 years from the date of your card issue.
Help I can’t log in to my account!
If you have signed up for PerksCard you will have used an email address and set a password as part of your profile. Use this email address and password to login.
You can email admin@perkscard.co.nz if you are still experiencing login issues.

I went away and the website timed out
To continue where you left off, just start the join process again.
Alternatively we will email within a few hours with a link to continue.
When will I receive my card?
If you signed up online then we will send your card out to you within 10 days. If you download and install the App you will have access to your digital card immediately.
If you have an app based membership then we won’t automatically send you a physical card. You can order a physical card by ordering a reprint from the app or via our website.
You can access the discounts immediately via the app or microsite.
Refund policy
PerksCard has a no refund policy.
My email address is already in use!
Our membership platform requires a signup email address to be unique, if you receive an error about your email address already in use then its likely we already hold a record for you with this email address.

I am having trouble with the app
Oh no – sometimes a reinstall of the app seems to reset things, otherwise let us know.
Do I need to provide a Photo?
A photo is nice, but you can also use an avatar; you will be asked for this during the join process if this is required by your organisation.
Discount Issues
I couldn’t redeem a discount
Unfortunately that can happen from time to time,
Let us know the details of when and where it happened and we will contact the Discount Partner and ensure it does not happen again.
Sometimes if you show the staff member the deal in the app or on the website it will jog their memory!
What do I do with a coupon code?
Check the terms and conditions of the discount; generally you apply the coupon code in the cart of the discount partner online to apply our members discount.

What information is collected?
During the Subscribe/Register process we collect general contact information which is necessary to process your card and dispatch it to you. This includes your name, email address, phone number and physical address.
We also collect specific demographic information such as your living status.
What do you do with my information?
Firstly we use the information provided by members to try to source the best deals for PerksCard users, as we are able to provide potential partners with an overview of the demographic composition of our membership.
Secondly, we use the information you provide to better tailor information we communicate to you. Eg sending Christchurch only offers and discounts to PerksCard users in Wellington is not overly helpful, so it helps us avoid over sharing!
Will you give my details away to anyone?
We will never share or sell any of the information you give us without your consent. If PerksCard is provided by your organization then your organisation will have access to your information as you enter it from our register process.
